5.1 Customers must provide access to the property and ensure work areas are clear of personal items, furniture, and hazards before work begins.
5.2 Customers are responsible for notifying us of any concerns, color changes, or issues during the project period.
5.3 Marin’s Painting is not responsible for damage to unprotected items left in work areas or delays caused by customer inaccessibility.
